G 100

Post by diamond saw dave »

So I've been a follower of machine junkie for a while now but as Mr. Douglas T would say " I run a bare bones operation" So here is the new addition to a very tight shop. My first of hopefully many new tight tools. The G 100 thanks to crazypete and all of the shop time and insight its finally home and will be fitted with its first forrest blade tomorrow AM early. (like 9) its saturday. lol. enjoy the photos as much as I enjoy finally having it home.

Also it was converted from Pika to imperial and converted it from 3 phase to a single phase 1 horsepower motor.

Nice saw Dave!

You are off to a good start, I am still living in pica, with an imperial ruler.

The storage on the right side of the saw caught my attention. I imagine that is a Hammond part? Is it for the tools or the lead type?

Thanks Nico,

The storage on the side of the hammond had a bunch of old saw blades in it when i got it. So I assume it is for parts. but I'm not quite sure. Doing some reading about it now.
