the liveingroom dineingroom and bedroom are the first to get the facelift. The Kitchen and bathroom will be later next spring. I will try to remember to post pics of the progress and show the makeing of the built in along with the door frames as long as i don't get to involved, like I normally do, and forget the cam.
My intention is to replace the painted whit pine with stained red oak. I will keep the molding and doors the sam as they are now only in oak. the moldeings will be a chalenge but I think I will be able to pull it off.
The flooring was Ordered Yesterday and should be here in a week. I will be putting down red oak 3,4,and 5 inch wide and 4 to 12 ft long I will be getting it from a guy I do bussiness with at a nice price. 800 sq ft will cost me $2000, all tongue and groved
