Look, I don't want to wax philosophic, but I will say that if you're alive you've got to flap your arms and legs, you've got to jump around a lot, for life is the very opposite of death, and therefore you must at very least think noisy and colorfully, or you're not alive.

Well I wish I could say my left coast post was alcohol induced or even a April fools thing . I had been at the computer 5 hours designing a job in 3D and gotten stupid. Change to right coast.

A few years after opening my shop I was at the point of making a living but barely. An architect/designer that I had done business with ask me to quote a job and gave me the plans. Looked them over and was overwhelmed as the size/money involved but gave him a quote. Got the job if I wanted it. Now I'm thinking what the hell am I going to do I'm in a 1500 sq ft shop with no employees . A friend/mentor was talking to me and I told him I was worried about renting a larger shop, buying new machinery etc, etc ,etc. These were the words of wisdom from him.

Procrastination is like masturbation, it feels really really good until you realize your just screwing yourself.
