Oliver 144 Jointer Rebuild

Hi,

I just purchased an Oliver 144 SN 66822, I guess about 1948.

I am replacing the head with a Byrd cutter and need to get the motor off.

Does anyone know the secret? I don't want to damage the unit doing the wrong thing.

Much appreciate any words of wisdom.
