Want to Buy or Borrow - G140 table bearings

I recently picked up a G140 that lost the table bearings & cages. I'd love to find a set to buy, but I'd also be very happy if I could find a set to borrow for a week or two to copy. I believe the G100 has the same bearing setup?

I'm in Chicago fwiw.
