Interior shop photos

Post by mr douglas t »

with all this talk about shops I thought I would start a thread with some images of the shop interior. Pete and Nico can post to get a before and after feel thing going. The 4 photos below are after a big cleaning. This is the wood shop room which is 36x39' The metal shop, finish room and large garage bay photos are to come.

Thanks for the pics doug, really helps figure out how space feels. I do notice a typo in your post- My notes and calculations indicate your woodshop is 36x29. I like the planer jointer bandsaw cluster- looks really efficient.

dt,

very wise use of space, form follows function, i as well like the planer, jointer, bandsaw nest. i had my 14" delta nested between two olivers for a time at now sits a tall metal drawer cab in the space

OK I took a couple of shots of my shop today, it really doesn't get much cleaner than this, but it can get alot dirtier.
