Dadude.

There are many large 3 axis CNC routers available on the used market. You can probably get a lot of router for relatively little money. I think Shoda and Heian are the best for the 3 axis flat table market.

With the hard exotic woods, maybe you could consider using industrial diamond and the shortest bit possible that will make the cut you need.
