Does it include the lamp and batter gauge? How are the bearing ways as well?

lamp and gauge are there, lamp works. arbor turns freely, table slides free and smooth. Also have a side cabinet that goes with it. I assume it was for blades and/or type sets.
Saw is on a mobile base as it is very heavy.
