Hutch, I have to know, did you buy a hitachi chopsaw to match the "Hutch green" or did you actually paint your chopsaw?

its an makita 10" slide compound , just got board had extra paint
told ya everthing ( well almost ) everthing in here is painted

Why did you return the unisaw to its original color?

I had it up for sale , and everyone kept asking why it was green
and wether it was a real Unisaw Dah !


and I was also painting another unisaw that I did sale

so why not paint both at the same time , I had to replace the arbor
in the second one , so had the machine slightly taken apart
and since it wasn't used since going green , it took another 15 min
to take apart and tape and 10 min to paint

Thumb_Basher have you been successful with the FF browser placing bids on the IRS auction site? I tried my best tricks with Camino and got as far as being warned that IRS was trying to send me some packet of Windows stuff. At that point I chickened out and quit my session. I would love to hear that you were successful.

Oop! Sorry for the delayed response, Nektai. Actually, I've never been on the IRS site with a Mac, but had a similar run in with some retail site I used to use. This was years ago, though, and I don't remember if I let them send their Winda's rubbish or not, but I *was* allowed to order from the site in a regular fashion...

When using IRS I shop on my mac then bid at the local library at lunch time. I have been fighting with them for about five years and they seem to have no interest in expanding their market.
