Howell Motor grease fittings

My 3phase motor sounds fine but I want to grease it anyway. As you can see below in the images it calls for #2 lithium grease. Just above the label is a set screw, one on the top and bottom of each side of the motor, where I assume you can add the grease. I went to the local hardware store for some grease fittings to replace the set screws but the thread is just a little off and I don't want to force it and cause damage. Any idea what thread was used in these old motors for the grease ports?

Turns out the grease ports have 1/4-20 set screws.
