8 1/4 - 8 1/2 Saw Blades

For those who have sized up, which saw blade did you go with? I was looking at the Forest WWI and WWII blades and the Freud, any other recommendations? I don't know much about quality saw blades so hoping for opinions.

It depends on what you are intending to do. I have both a forrest WW1 and WW2 in the 8.5" size

For thick stock and general cutting, the WW2 is great.

For glass like cuts in thinner stuff- 1.5" and less and working plywood, the WW1 is my choice.

I try to only use the WW1 when the cut warrants it as I find they perform unbelievably well when super sharp, but tend to start burning as they get a bit dull.

I also have a few lesser blades for general purpose cutting and also my aluminum cutting blades which I will also use for non-critical work.
