Outside outlets.

Outside lights.

And remember to paint concrete wall some shade of white or other light color. Sure wish I'd done that before moving all the machines into the basement. The lighting is a lot better for the machines along the walls that could be painted after the fact.

solid blocking in framing for specific wall and cieling mounting

door width, height and swing

storage

floor drain for wash bay (nothing like a clean truck)

capable concrete guy for floor

dust control for office

finish room location

secondary exhaust for finish room (for airflow after spray)

delivery access

hard surface apron exterior of overhead door if gravel driveway
