Holding doors open...
Pete,
I just noticed the hose spigot next to the left door. In your spare time, you may want to put together some sort of door stop to keep the spigot from punching a hole in the door.

Hey, the 3 headed drill press looks great. It's the first time I've seen it since the start of your refurbishment thread last summer. Congrat...

Round holes in soffit?
Hey Pete,
What are the round holes in the soffit? Are they for lighting fixtures?

Nice reuse of staging...
Pete, the building looks great. I like the idea of using a narrow section of staging to support the staining rack.

Looks great..
In the last picture shown above, it occurred to me that there's a strip of wood missing. You'll need a nailing surface along the top edge of the vertical piece of sheet rock that stops at the collar ties.
The space looks really incredible.

Dust collection duct work...
The duct work looks very nice and I suspect that the duct will work well for transporting the chips away from the instrument. I'll be interested to hear how it works. Given the nice cross-section of practical machine junkies and artists on this forum, I'd like to make a few suggestions using this pr...

Information on old hand planes?
A guy at work has a few old Stanley planes and was wondering where he'd look to find information on when they may have been built? Does anyone have a link, or know of a text, that would discuss the history of Stanley planes?
Thanks. - Jeff
